However, we will introduce you to your Product Team(s) so you’ll have the opportunity to know them and approve their onboarding.
How does pricing work at 1squad?
We operate on a sprint-based billing model to keep things flexible. Every two weeks, we’ll send you an invoice for the hours each team member spent during that Sprint. This model allows you
to scale your team up or down depending on your evolving needs, giving you complete control over your budget and resource allocation.
Can I hire a team member from 1squad full-time?
Yes, we understand that sometimes a member of the team fits your long-term needs perfectly. While our primary focus is on building high-performing teams for specific goals, we do offer flexible pathways to incorporate any team member into your organization full-time.
